Without Warning! Tells the story of Cascadia High School student, Angie as she must go rescue her little sister after a Cascadia Subduction Zone earthquake. This publication is a partnership between the Oregon Office of Emergency Management and Darkhorse Comics. It was funded by the Cascadia Region Earthquake Workgroup (crew.org) and is available for free by downloading. It is perfect for reading on mobile devices and can be freely shared.

OpenQuake Release Event

Tune in for the release event of OpenQuake, an innovative web-based risk assessment platform for modelling, viewing, exploring and managing earthquake risk worldwide. The open source software will allow professionals from various fields of work to combine different GEM products and obtain key outputs for risk assessment, risk management, scientific researches and much more. The platform, fed by continous contributions of users, will also plays as an interactive environment where sharing knowledge, results and resources from local to global.
