Hazus-MH 2.2 was released by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in the US on January 12, 2015. This upgrade means that American users who were running Hazus-MH 2.1 need to uninstall their old application and re-install a new one (see info on flyer). The new version runs on ArcGIS 10.2.2 and includes updates to some of the US demographic info and replacement costs.

If you are interested in what is new and exciting with Hazus, download the Hazus HotZone newsletter. It covers training, news and updates for Hazus in the US. Note that some items are not applicable to the Hazus Canada application (we are not undergoing a modernization to upgrade to ArcGIS 10.2 in the immediate future). There is information on a new Transportation Focussed Hazard User Group in this month's issue. You can link to the November issue at https://app.box.com/s/y401xy10kf0npnvibmcc.
